Availability & Pricing

  • Weekdays, 5pm - 9pm

  • Individual Sessions: £65 per 50-minute session, offering a flexible approach tailored to your needs.

  • Block Booking (Six Sessions): £360 for a set of six sessions (equivalent to £60 per session). This option provides a structured period of support while offering a slight discount.
