Cancellation & Refunds policy

Cancellation Notice

Cancellations or rescheduling of a session must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If notice is given within this timeframe, we will attempt to reschedule the session at no additional charge.

Late Attendance

If you are late for a session, the session will still conclude at the scheduled time, and the full fee will be charged. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, we will attempt to contact you to ensure your safety.

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions without prior notice will be charged in full. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider rescheduling the session within the same week, subject to availability.

Block Booking Refunds

For block-booked sessions (e.g., six sessions), refunds are available for any unused sessions if cancelled with proper notice. The cost of any completed sessions will be deducted at the individual session rate.

Third-Party Payments

If a third party is paying for your sessions, any refunds or cancellations will need to be discussed with the paying party and may be subject to their terms.
